Sale Agreement
- All Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- CASH, VENMO, ZELLE, OR CASH APP ONLY
- When a deposit is accepted by Von Rivka Shepherds, the deposit is Non- Refundable but it can be transferred to another puppy or litter.
- Full payment is due at the time of purchase/transfer.
- Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) has the right to refuse the sale of any puppy or dog, at any time, at Von Rivka Shepherd's (Seller) sole discretion.
- If a deposit has been placed on a puppy or dog by a Buyer, Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) can still refuse the sale of the puppy or dog, and Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) will return the deposit to the Buyer in full.
- While puppies or dogs are at Von Rivka's Shepherds (Seller), we take great pride in their health and temperament and we believe that our dogs are in excellent health to the best of Von Rivka's Shepherd's knowledge. This is true during the entire time that a puppy/dog is at Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) property.
- Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) will provide the Buyer with a copy of the health records for the puppy or dog at the time of pick up.
- At Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) we take pride in training our puppies at a very early age and the Buyer agrees to provide and continue the necessary training as well as provide the most adequate environment for the puppy or dog.
- Buyer agrees that Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) will not be held responsible for any financial or legal responsibilities, or any physical injuries, damages, or any problems caused by the Buyer's puppy or dog.
- In addition, the Buyer also agrees that Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) will not be held responsible or liable for the puppy or dog's excessive barking, digging, biting, chewing, or misbehaving which is caused by the lack of training, lack of socialization, and/or inadequate environment for the puppy or dog.
- Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) recommends that the puppy or dog is examined by a licensed Veterinarian (Buyer can choose the licensed Veterinarian) within 72 hours after the puppy has been removed from The Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) kennel.
- If the Veterinarian finds the Buyer’s puppy or dog to be in poor health within the first 72 hours after purchase/transfer of the puppy or dog, and the Veterinarian provides documentation that the puppy or dog has not received an injury, or been neglected by the Buyer, the puppy or dog must be immediately returned to Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) at the expense of the Buyer for a replacement of equal value, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon between the Buyer and Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller).
- Failure to see a Veterinarian within 72 hours after purchase/transfer is made of the puppy or dog will void all guarantees at Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller).
- The Buyer agrees that Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) is not responsible for any injuries or neglects the puppy or dog incurs during the 72 hours after the purchase/transfer is made, or after.
- Von Rivka Shepherds (Seller) is not liable for any tests, medications, or Veterinarian expenses, and all Veterinarian or medical bills accumulated by the Buyer after the purchase/transfer of the puppy or dog are the financial responsibility of the Buyer.
- Von Rivka Shepherds recommends that if at any point in time, the Buyer can no longer keep the puppy or dog, for Buyer to contact Von Rivka Shepherds. While there is no guarantee that Von Rivka Shepherds will be able to accept the puppy/dog back after the 72 hour mark, Von Rivka Shepherds will share recommendations to the Buyer on ways to find their puppy/dog a good home.
- Should the puppy or dog become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
- The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy or dog in an appropriate lean weight to maximize the puppy or dog’s soundness and longevity.
- The Buyer agrees not to sue the seller and to pay any and all court or attorney fees incurred by the seller should any suit be brought against the seller regarding this puppy or dog by any person. This agreement takes place once the sale/transfer of the puppy is final.
- The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy or dog in a humane environment where the new owner (Buyer) will properly train and care for it.
- The puppy or dog will be properly registered and vaccinated against infectious diseases as recommended by a certified veterinarian.
